Robert Feltovich began his career in public accounting and earned his CPA in 2010. In 2012, Robert was recognized by the Pennsylvania Institute for Certified Public Accountants for being one of 40 under 40 Members to watch.

Robert went on to become the Controller for a high growth home delivery pharmacy in Western PA. There, he implemented a robust finance and accounting department. In 2016, he then became the Chief Financial Officer for  Healthcare Ventures Group and related companies.

Mr. Dell’Olio previously served as Chief Operating Officer for PharmBlue Specialty Pharmacy. In his role, he had oversight responsibility for pharmacy operations & services provided through a centralized pharmacy and 12 remote pharmacies, inventory management, purchasing, marketing & sales and budgeting.

Prior to serving in the position, he served as the Director of Contract Management for Integrated Pharmacy Solutions. In that position, he provided oversight management to multiple accounts and projects, including 340B health center and community retail pharmacy programs.

Previously, he served as the Executive Director for the State Office of Pharmacy Services. Under his leadership, over 30,000 in-patients across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts received comprehensive pharmacy services.

Mr. Dell’Olio has over 40 years of experience in the health care industry specializing in managerial, administrative and operations within the area of pharmacy practice and administration. His background also includes director of a Psycho-Geriatric & Special Needs Program, director of Ancillary Medical and Support Services, director of Psychiatric Hospital Pharmacy, consulting, mail-order service, managed care, long term care and retail pharmacy.

Louis uses his wide array of experience to provide clients with solutions for the overall delivery of cost efficient and high-quality pharmaceutical services.

Louis graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Services with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and has completed a Masters in Business Administration.

Norman Miller brings over 50 years of unparalleled expertise in pharmaceutical distribution and regulatory compliance to his role as Chief Regulatory Officer. A seasoned leader and a respected voice in the industry, Norman has worked closely with the FDA, drug manufacturers, and state licensing authorities.

He has contributed to the development of national standards for pharmaceutical distribution, notably through his testimony before the House Committee on Ways and Means. His deep understanding of regulatory frameworks is evident in his involvement in court cases concerning the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987 and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act of 2013.

Norman’s career spans numerous high-profile positions, including leadership roles at Pfizer Laboratories, A.R.M. Wholesale Drug Distributors, and Moore Medical Corporation. His extensive experience includes negotiating equitable settlements with various U.S. Attorney Offices and maintaining compliance with stringent FDA regulations. He has also provided advisory services to pharmaceutical wholesalers, ensuring their adherence to evolving state and federal statutes.

Drew is a contributory and highly competent Director and VP of Sales bringing along 30+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, General Management, Competitive Strategies, Revenue Growth Strategies, Territory Planning, Quota Achievement, Staff Planning & Management, Client Development, Coaching & Counseling, Customer Relations, Client Relationship Management, Team Building & Leadership and Communication Skills.
